Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Some delays may be caused if you have a personalized order or if we do not have the product available on hand.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over R150.00 within 25km Radius. For orders under R150.00, we charge R20.00 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 08:00 - 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 212 Monument road, Glen Marais, Kempton Park. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 - 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays and 08:00 - 15:00 on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
